  • Full case history –diet history,  current and previous health history, exercise, sleep habits, lifestyle routines, work/life commitments

  • Body system assessment (eg digestion, hormonal, adrenals, cardiovascular, plus more)

  • Bio-impedance analysis

  • Setting  Health Goals 

  • Urinalysis

  • Blood Pressure

  • Physical observations

  • Assessment for further testing/investigation as appropriate

  • Nutrition recommendations / food & recipe planning

  • Supplementation recommendations as appropriate

  • Referral as appropriate

  • Support for any compliance issues with nutrition or lifestyle changes.

  • Discussing any testing &/or further investigation results 

  • Tracking and reassessing health 

DNA Test Analysis & Consultation
 
 $300

This service applies to DNA testing completed through my recommended provider.

 

Due to the comprehensive and detailed nature of DNA testing, a total of two hours is allocated for in-depth analysis and interpretation of your results.  This is included alongside a one-hour follow-up consultation, where your results are explained and personalised recommendations are provided.

 

The fee of $300 includes both the analysis time and the one-hour consultation.
